Hans Reucker

Hans Reucker (* 29. July 1905 in mind , † 5. May 1976 ) was a Hessian politician ( SPD ) and former Member of the Parliament of Hessen .

education and profession

After attending elementary and vocational school from 1919 to 1922, Hans Reucker trained as a locksmith.

politics

Hans Reucker had been a member of the SPD since 1925. Before that he had already become a union member in 1919 and a member of the workers' youth movement. In 1932 he was elected as a community representative for the SPD, but lost his mandate again when the Nazis came to power in 1933. After the Second World War he was again municipal representative between 1945 and 1948 and honorary mayor from June 21, 1948 to 1952. From 1952 until his retirement on June 30, 1970 he was full-time mayor. At the same time he was a district member from 1952 to 1961. From March 2, 1961 (as a replacement for Dr. Arno Hennig until November 30, 1970, he was a member of the Hessian state parliament.
