Hans Reymann

Hans Reymann (born December 5, 1925 in Düsseldorf , † January 17, 1988 ) was a German SPD politician .

education and profession

After attending high school, doing military service and imprisonment, Hans Reymann worked as a concrete construction worker. At the evening grammar school, he passed the Abitur in 1951. The subsequent study of economics and social sciences at the Academy for Community Economics in Hamburg from 1951 to 1953 he finished with a degree in economics. From 1954 to 1958 he worked as a consultant for social policy in the party executive of the SPD. From 1955 he was head of department. From 1958 to 1972 Reymann headed the social policy department in the North Rhine-Westphalia district of the German Federation of Trade Unions. From 1972 he worked as district chairman of the DGB district in Düsseldorf.

Hans Reymann had been a member of the SPD since 1952. He had been a member of the sub-district executive since 1966. He was also a member of the socialist student union from 1951 to 1953. Reymann had been a member of the Bau, Steine, Erden trade union since 1948. As chairman of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt, Kreisverband Düsseldorf, he acted since 1972. He worked as chairman of the board of the Landesversicherungsanstalt Rheinprovinz Düsseldorf, alternating annually with the employer representative.

From July 24, 1966 to July 25, 1970 and from May 29, 1975 to January 17, 1988, Hans Reymann was a directly elected member of the 6th , 8th , 9th and 10th Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia for constituency 046 Düsseldorf III or constituency 047 Düsseldorf IV.
