Hans Süper senior
Johann "Hans" Süper (born August 28, 1907 in Cologne ; † November 4, 1970 there ) was a German musician.
Süper was a founding member and composer of the Cologne singing quartet De Vier Botze , which existed from 1933 to the 1960s and first became known through the Cologne Carnival . He is the father of Hans Süper junior , who also became famous during the carnival as a participant in the Colonia Duet and later in the "Süper-Duett" .
Süper died at the age of 63. He was widowed by Ursula Danz, whom he married in Cologne in 1928.
