Hans Winckelmann (business economist)
Hans Ernst Günter Winckelmann (born May 2, 1903 in Eisenach ; † June 4, 1997 in Berlin ) was a German business economist .
Career
Winckelmann was born the son of a major lottery collector. He obtained his doctorate in 1931 at the Berlin School of Management. oec. and worked as an auditor from 1933 to 1958. From 1958 to 1968 he was President of the Berlin Court of Auditors .
After his habilitation, he taught as a private lecturer at the Free University of Berlin from 1949 , and in 1961 he was appointed honorary professor of business administration there.
