Hans Wolf (cyclist)

Hans Joachim Wolf (born September 8, 1940 in Bad Doberan ) is a former American cyclist .

In 1964, Hans Wolf, who emigrated from Germany to the United States, won the Tour of Somerville in the record time of 1: 59: 43.0 hours and was the first racing driver to stay under two hours with this criterion . In the same year he started at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in the team pursuit , with Oliver Martin , Donald Nelsen and Arnie Uhrlass ; however, the team retired after the first round.

At the time of his Olympic start, Wolf lived in New York City and started for the German BS Club .
