Hans von Rudolphi
Hans von Rudolphi (born July 2, 1884 in Halle an der Saale ; † May 6, 1944 there ) was a German philatelist . He came up with the idea for Postage Stamp Day .
Rudolphi was Major in the First World War . From 1938 he worked on a continuation of the Kohl-Briefmarken-Handbuch .
