The Hansenfjella is a large group of nunataks in the East Antarctic Kempland . It is located 88 km south of Stefansson Bay and extends over 40 km in a north-west-south-east orientation.

Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped the mountain range using aerial photographs taken during the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 . It is named after the Norwegian cartographer Hans E. Hansen, who was involved in this mapping.
