Under the title Hansische Geschichtsblätter ( HGbll for short ), a specialist journal is published specifically on the history of the Hanseatic League , which is published by the Hansisches Geschichtsverein and has been published since 1871.

The magazine offers articles on the history of the individual Hanseatic cities as well as on German maritime and transport history and the Hanseatic merchant. The Hansische Geschichtsblätter are rounded off by the Hansische Umschau , the review section. At times, the Hansische Umschau was also available online separately, by subject.

Some older volumes of the Pentecost Leaflets are also available online. It was a series in which monographs were published. Those volumes for which a copyright claim can no longer exist due to the elapsed time should be put online.
