The Hanvest Holding GmbH is the holding company of the family Hankammer, which is mainly used to acquire and hold interests in other companies and the management of own assets. The best-known companies of Hanvest Holding are the family company Brita and - via a subsidiary - the professional football company SV Wehen Wiesbaden .

Hanvest Holding was founded on November 25, 1977 by Heinz Hankammer (1931–2016), the founder of the drinking water filter manufacturer Brita , and has since been entered in the commercial register of the Wiesbaden district court . The purpose of the company is to acquire and hold shares in other companies, manage its own assets and provide services to shareholders and companies of the Hanvest Group as well as to external third parties. The headquarters of the holding are in the Hessian Taunusstein ; it is run by the managing director Markus Hankammer , the son of Heinz Hankammer. During the 2018 financial year , the holding company employed an average of 7 people.
