Happy Herowati

Happy Herowati (* around 1935 , also known as Heppi Herowati or Jap Happy ) is a former Indonesian badminton player .

Career

Happy Herowati's greatest success dates back to 1962. At the first ever Asian Badminton Championship , she won the women's doubles with Corry Kawilarang that year . At the Asian Games of the same year, however, it was only enough for both of them to finish second behind their compatriots Minarni Sudaryanto and Retno Koestijah . In the individual, Happy Herowati took third place behind Minarni Sudaryanto and Corry Kawilarang.
