The Hofanlage Hardter Straße 511 is in the Koch district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The building was built at the end of the 19th / beginning of the 20th century. It was entered under No. H 105 on March 7, 2008 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The property is located on a large, tree-lined property in Koch, west of the main road from Mönchengladbach-Koch to Mönchengladbach- Rheindahlen .
architecture
It is a four-wing courtyard complex, the individual buildings grouped around an inner courtyard accessed by a two-wing gate passage . The eaves-standing residential building is located on the thoroughfare , to which a stable building is connected to the north in the same cubature and under one roof. To the south of the house there is a double-winged gate passage, which leads into the inner courtyard, across the corner and set back.
The former horse stable follows the gate passage on the south side of the courtyard , in the west, i.e. parallel to the house, there is a large barn built in at least two construction phases and in the north the former pigsty, to which a subsequent extension is added. Two-storey, eaves-standing, four-axis, two-room-deep and transversely closed residential building.
The object is important for human history, for cities and settlements and / or for the history of working and production conditions. There are scientific, architectural, architectural and folkloric reasons for its preservation and use.
