architecture
It is a four-sided closed brick courtyard, consisting of the residential building and former farm buildings such as B. stables , barn and coach house .
Residential building: The eaves- standing , two-storey, seven-axle residential building with a gable roof is located on Hardter Strasse . In the two left (southern) axes an arched gate entrance, flanked by two wheel deflectors and closed by a double-winged wooden gate. A keystone with the inscribed date 1869 in the crown .
The entrance is covered by a living room with two windows on the upper floor . This is followed to the north by the other five axes of the residential building with the central axially arranged entrance to the house framed by bluestone walls. On the street “Koch” you can see a later walled passage into the inner courtyard.
The former stables are on the north side. It covers the four northern axes of the residential building, but does not connect directly to the rear facade of the residential building due to the arrangement of a narrow walkway. The stable is characterized on the ground floor by small semicircular windows and a wide entrance closed by a sliding gate. Its upper floor was used to store hay and straw , as can also be seen from the centrally arranged roof house .
The lifting device for storing the salvage is no longer preserved. To the west, this building is closed off by a roofed shed that is wide open to the courtyard. To the west, the courtyard is closed off by a large brick barn under a gable roof. A further roof overhang protects the area of the inner courtyard immediately in front . It is connected to the inner courtyard via a large, two-winged gate with a round finish. The second opening located in its west facade and leading to the outside was subsequently broken into. It is closed by a sliding gate.
