Harold Dade
Harold Dade (* 24. March 1923 in New Orleans , USA ; † 17th July 1962 ) was an American boxer in the bantamweight . He was managed by Gus Wilson and trained by Duke Holloway .
Professional career
In 1942 he started his career successfully. On January 6, 1947, he boxed against Manuel Ortiz for the universal world championship and won by unanimous decision. However, he lost this belt only two months later in his first title defense against Manuel Ortiz in a rematch on points.
In 1955 he ended his career.
