The Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB) is an independent institution of the Namibia University of Science and Technology . It started operations in the Namibian capital Windhoek in 2008 and is located on the campus of the former Polytechnic in the Windhoek-West district . Besides the Namibia Business School, it is the only business school in the country.

The school has been supported by Namibian businessman Harold Pupkewitz since it was founded with 10 million Namibian dollars . As a thank you, the HP-GSB was named after him.

The HP-GSB trains young executives in the fields of business, management and regional development. You are headed by a director, currently Viola Cruse.
