Harold Shepherdson
Harold Shepherdson (born October 28, 1918 in Middlesbrough , † September 14, 1995 ibid) was a British football player and coach.
Shepherdson initially played for Middlesbrough FC , but his possible playing career was interrupted by World War II.
Shepherdson became famous as the assistant coach of the English national soccer team , with which he became soccer world champion in 1966. Head coach was Alf Ramsey .
