Harrington sound
Harrington Sound is a sound (a bay ) in the east of the Atlantic Bermuda Islands.
The bay is almost completely enclosed by the eastern land areas of Grand Bermuda , the main island of Bermuda. There is only a connection to the Atlantic via a 30 meter wide passage to Flatt's Inlet , a narrow 600 meter long strait .
Harrington Sound is about three kilometers long and on average 1.7 kilometers wide. There are some small, mostly uninhabited islands .
