Harry Erhart (born July 3, 1953 ) is a former German soccer player . From 1974 to 1979 the striker completed a total of 135 league games in the 2nd Bundesliga, scoring 57 goals.

Career

The striker Erhart began his professional career in 1972 with the regional division FK Pirmasens , with whom he qualified two years later for the newly created 2nd Bundesliga . In his first year Regionalliga, 1972/73 , the offensive talent started on August 6, 1972 as a two-time goalscorer. The FKP won the opening game under coach Aki Schmidt with 2-0 goals at FV Speyer and Erhart immediately made a name for himself as a goalscorer. At the end of the lap, Pirmasens took third place behind master Mainz and runner-up Völklingen. The young talent had scored 13 goals in 29 league appearances. He was also there when the FKP achieved a 1-0 home win against eventual champions Mainz 05 on March 25, 1973. After the last round of the old second-rate regional league, 1973/74, Pirmasens was qualified for the newly installed second division from 1974/75. Overall, Erhart is led with 50 regional league appearances and 22 goals.

In the first year of the new Bundesliga substructure, he and his club under coach Bernd Hoss were runner-up in the southern group behind Karlsruher SC in the 1974/75 season . The attacker had scored 15 goals in 32 league games alongside other players such as Georg Beichle , Dieter Weinkauff , Raimund Krauth and Alfred Seiler . In the following promotion games , the FKP then failed at Bayer 05 Uerdingen . In 1976 Erhart moved to Arminia Bielefeld and was runner-up with the Armines in the 1976/77 season under coach Karl-Heinz Feldkamp . Again Erhart had to go into the promotion games with his team and failed again, this time after three games against TSV 1860 Munich . Erhart returned to the southwest after just one year and played for FC 08 Homburg for another two years . As the team of coach Uwe Klimaschefski in the German Cup the year 1978 in the third round main sensational with a 3: 1 home win turned off the Bayern Munich, he was not injured thereby. In the following game at Hertha BSC, Homburg lost 4-1 after extra time, but stormed in the Olympic Stadium. Homburg finished third in the 2nd Bundesliga and Erhart had scored eleven goals in 29 appearances. In a total of 135 second division games, he scored 57 goals.

He later played for FC Münchweiler and returned to FC Homburg in 1982/83.
