Harry Jackson (cameraman)
Harry Jackson (born April 15, 1896 in Nebraska , USA , † August 3, 1953 in Hollywood , California , USA ) was an American cameraman.
Life
Jackson began working as a cameraman in 1927 with the film Theft . He remained a busy cameraman well into 1953, the year of his death, involved in nearly 80 productions.
For his work on the comedy It Began in Schneider's Opera House , Jackson was nominated for an Oscar in the category "Best Cinematography" in 1948 .
