Harold "Harry" Sibthorpe Barlow (born April 5, 1860 in London , † July 16, 1917 there ) was an English tennis player.

Barlow participated in tennis tournaments from 1883 to 1900. At the Wimbledon Championships in 1889 he reached the final of the All-Comers competition, but lost there to William Renshaw after he had awarded four match points. The following year he lost the All-Comers final again , this time against Willoughby Hamilton . In 1892 he won the double competition at the side of Ernest Lewis . Barlow's strategy was serve and volley .

Barlow died in Kennington, London in 1917 at the age of 57 .
