Hartmut Lademacher (born July 5, 1948 ) is a German entrepreneur .

In 1990, Lademacher founded LHS Specifications GmbH in Dietzenbach together with Joachim Hertel, Rainer Zimmermann and other IBM managers . LHS is an acronym for “Lademacher and Hertel Software”. In 1997, the company was the third company to ever go to the Neuer Markt . In 2000 the company was bought by the Anglo-French IT service company Sema Group for 4.7 billion euros , which in turn was taken over in 2001 by Schlumberger , headquartered in Willemstad on the Dutch island of Curaçao . Lademacher initially became a non-executive director at Sema, but had to resign from this position at the end of November 2000 when it became known that he had sold Sema shares valued at around DM 100 million prior to the publication of quarterly figures. In 2004, Lademacher bought the company back for allegedly 50 million euros in order to sell it to Ericsson in 2006 .

In 1997, Lademacher became known to a wider public when his asset management company SMM Deutschland GmbH bought Villa Andreae from Jürgen Schneider . In 1998, Lademacher saved VfL Gummersbach from financial problems. His fortune is estimated at 600 million euros.

Since 2015 Lademacher has been President and CEO of Stonebranch, which specializes in job scheduling and workload automation.

Lademacher is married to Gabriele Lademacher and has two children. His daughter Claire Margareta Lademacher is married to Felix , the second son of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg .
