Hassan Abbadi

Hassan Abbadi ( Arabic حسن عبادي; * December 4, 1943 in Témara ) is a Moroccan politician of the National Collection of Independent RNI (Rassemblement National des Indépendants) .

Life

After attending the Agricultural High School (Lycée Agricole) in Témara, Hassan Abbadi studied at the National School of Agriculture ENA (École Nationale d'Agriculture) in Meknes and at the National College of Agriculture (École Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie) , which he holds as Graduated in agricultural engineering. He also studied at the Pharmaceutical Faculty of the École normal supérieure (ENS) in Montpellier and at the University Institute for Commerce and Business Administration ISCAE (Institut supérieur de commerce et d'administration des entreprises) in Casablanca , which he obtained with a university degree in economics and rural development completed.

Abbadi first became a member of the Assembly of Representatives (Chambre des représentants) for the National Collection of the Independent RNI (Rassemblement National des Indépendants) in 1977 and was a member of this after his re-elections in 1984 and 1993, initially until 1997. During his parliamentary membership, he was a member of the Agriculture and Finance Committees and at times chairman of the Agriculture Committee. In 1977 he became Vice President of the Council of Skhirate-Témara Prefecture and held this office until 1985. At the same time he was President of the Témara Commune between 1977 and 1998 and in 1977 became a member of the RNI's Politburo, of which he was also a member of the Executive Office.

On April 11, 1985, Hassan Abbadi became Minister for Employment (Ministre de l'Emploi) in the fourth cabinet of Prime Minister Mohammed Karim Lamrani and held this ministerial office until 1992 in the cabinet of Prime Minister Azzedine Laraki . In addition, he was President of the Council of the Prefecture of Skhirate-Témara between 1985 and 1997 and also became Vice-Mayor of Témara in 1987. Between 1993 and 1998 he was Vice-President of the Municipality of Témara and from 1997 to 1992 again Vice-Mayor of Témara. From 2002 to 2007 he was again a member of the Assembly of Representatives for the Rassemblement National des Indépendants and temporarily also served as President of the El Jadida Municipal Council .
