Hassan El Fakiri (born April 18, 1977 in Temsamane , Morocco ) is a former Norwegian football player .

childhood

The midfielder El Fakiri was born in Morocco but lived in since the age of seven Norway , where he started playing football.

Career

society

Hassan El Fakiri started at Lyn Oslo's youth department. In 1996/97 the 1.76 meter tall El Fakiri was taken from his own youth into the professional team of the capital city club.

At the turn of the year 1999/00 he was loaned to Brann Bergen for six months , then he moved to AS Monaco , but was loaned to his home club Lyn Oslo six months later . After another six months, El Fakiri moved to Rosenborg Trondheim on loan in August 2001 and returned to AS Monaco in July 2002. He played there for 3 years before coming to Borussia Mönchengladbach for the 2005/06 season . For Borussia he played a total of 49 Bundesliga games and scored one goal.

Since July 2007 El Fakiri has been playing for his former club Brann Bergen with which he became Norwegian champion in 2007 . His contract there runs until 2010. He ended his career at the end of 2014.

National team

El Fakiri completed eight international matches for the Norwegian national team . His last international match so far was on March 1, 2006 in Dakar when he lost 2-1 to Senegal .
