Haszcara (* 1995 or 1996 in Göttingen ) is a German rapper .

Life

Haszcara grew up in Göttingen and began to express himself musically at an early age. In her childhood and youth she learned the guitar and piano and danced ballet . When she was 15, she played in a metal band called Stoned God, but she also got interested in hip-hop .

In 2015, she began to advance her career and, under the impression of the success of ÉSMaticx, took part in the video battle tournament (VBT), where she was eliminated in the second round. At the VBT Elite, she puked in a qualifying video but was rejected. The track was taken as a criticism of the VBT.

In 2017 her debut EP Roter Riese was released , which contained very personal lyrics and on which she criticized homophobia and sexism . The self-produced EP was released via Das Label mit dem Hund , which also produced a CD and an MC version. The track RepresentA was released with cuts by Riva ( Anarchist Academy ) and was used as a video for Spuck auf Rechts , a Gigoflow YouTube project. She then broke off her studies, moved to Berlin and began to play more concerts.

In 2018, the independent label Audiolith signed the rapper. Her debut album Polaris was released there on September 14, 2018 . Most of the beats come from herself.
