The Hauge Strait is a 5 km wide strait off the south coast of South Georgia . It lies between Cape Darnley and the northeast end of the Hauge Reef .
The South Georgia Survey carried out measurements between 1951 and 1952 and named it based on the Hauge Reef. Its namesake is the Norwegian seal catcher captain Ole Hauge, who helped the South Georgia Survey with its work during this time.
