Chief Pastorate (Uetersen)
The main pastorate is a listed building in Uetersen .
The pastorate, built in 1781, is a single-storey brick building with a half-hipped roof and gable in decorative masonry and decorative anchors. It was the residence of the Uetersen main pastor and provost Johann Bröker (1806-1890). Bröker was the brother-in-law of Field Marshal General Helmuth Karl Bernhard von Moltke , who often stayed for weeks to relax in this house and where he met with the higher society of the city such as Cäcilie Bleeker , Johannes Diermissen and Ludwig Meyn .
The building is a listed building because of its high architectural and historical value as a cultural monument .
