The building at Hauptstrasse 99 in Poppenlauer , a district of Markt Maßbach in the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen, is one of the Maßbach architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-131-15 .

history

The property was built in the 17th or 18th century as a "Löwengasthaus" in the form of an eaves, two-storey half - timbered building with a solid ground floor, gable roof and courtyard passage. In 1926 an outbuilding with a dance hall was built.

In 1931 the property was rebuilt by the Bad Kissingen architect Leonhard Ritter and has remained unchanged since then. The brewery on this property has long been owned by a Nuremberg brewery and has been shut down by it.
