HusCompagniet is a Danish manufacturer of single family homes . HusCompagniet builds single-storey, 1.5-storey and two-storey houses, summer houses as well as garages and carports in solid construction, but also as prefabricated houses .

The company, which has been owned by FSN Capital since 2011 , was sold to EQT in mid-2015 .

history

HusCompagniet was founded in Denmark in 1972 and has built 22,000 houses since then. Most of the company is in Denmark, with 10 offices across the country. HusCompagniet has also been active on the Swedish market since 2010, with branches in Malmö and Gothenburg. In 2012 there was an expansion into the German market under the name HausCompagnie. At the moment there are branches in Hamburg, Flensburg and Neumünster and show houses in Schleswig, Süderbrarup, Halstenbek and Bad Bramstedt. In order to adapt the name to the German market, the Danish name for the German market was translated into HausCompagnie .
