Villa Beer (also: Haus Beer ) is a villa building at Wenzgasse 12 in Vienna's 13th district , Hietzing . The building erected by Josef Frank and Oskar Wlach between 1929 and 1931 is considered an important architectural representative of modernism in Vienna. It was commissioned by the rubber sole manufacturer Julius Beer.

The building is a listed building ( list entry ).
