House Ebertplatz 10 (Dresden)
The house Ebertplatz 10 is an apartment building in Dresden - Löbtau , which is listed.
description
The building erected in 1926 by city planning officer Paul Wolf is an example of New Objectivity architecture with few elements of Expressionism . The building has five floors. Cornices divide the facade horizontally. The facade shows a deep setback in the middle, with the two flanking porches on the inner edge showing a bevel of 45 degrees. The windows on this bevel are three-part lattice windows that are led across a corner at the front. A zigzag pattern in sgraffito decorates the passage that leads to the courtyard.
Nowadays, the Eberlausitz municipality has established itself in the individual apartments.
