Titular Archdiocese of Cius
The Archdiocese of Cius ( Italian : Arcidiocesi di Cio , Latin Archidioecesis Cianensis ) is a titular archbishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an ancient bishopric in the city of Kios (lat. Cius , later Prusias ad Mare , today Gemlik in Turkey ), which was located in the landscape of Asia Minor and the Roman province of Bithynia in late antiquity .
