Heerweg 12

The house Heerweg 12 stands at the edge of the site of the LVR Clinic in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia . There are various listed buildings on the grounds of the clinic, which were built between 1874 and 1878 as part of the former Provincial Sanatorium. These are servant houses that were built around 1910.

The three double houses 2 to 12 are designed in a variety of ways. These are one to two-story brick buildings with plaster ornaments . In the gable roofs are towing dormers installed. The top of the gable is slated . The window openings are segment-arched. Mostly modern all-glass panes are used in the windows.

The building is registered under No. 1 / 001s in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
