The Planaterra house is a listed building on Planaterrastrasse / Reichsgasse in the old town of Chur in the Swiss canton of Graubünden .

The Planaterra house was built in 1533 by Luzi von Capol . In its place there was a farmstead owned by the von Plantär family (Planaterra), an important old Chur ministerial family from Chur. The house was once free, was surrounded by a wall and was very different from the town houses.

A stair tower with a polygonal dome stands on the north side, while a bay window dominates the west facade on the first floor. The bay window is dated with the year "1533" and shows a stonemason's mark next to the Capol coat of arms. On the first floor there is a café with richly furnished rooms from 1680.

The Capuchin Father Theodosius Florentini opened a small hospital in this building around 1850 together with the sister Maria Theresia Scherer of the Congregation for the Holy Cross. The hospital was replaced by the Kreuzspital in Chur in 1853.

The house was rebuilt several times, but was largely able to retain its structural fabric. On the facade of the house is a drawing by the artist Robert Indermaur from 1983.
