House Sonnenblick
The Sonnenblick house in Simbach am Inn , a town in the Rottal-Inn district in Lower Bavaria , was originally built in Leverkusen- Schlebusch in 1923 and later placed under a preservation order there. In 2005 it was to Simbach translocated and reconstructing added.
The prefabricated house was built according to a type design by Richard Riemerschmid . The one-and-a-half-story building in the reduced country house style has a high hip roof and dormers .
Todays use
The former residential building at Kreuzberger Weg 33 will be opened to visitors and rented out for events that do not damage the monument.
