House Terter

The House of Terter ( Bulgarian Тертер ) was a Bulgarian ruling family, a branch of the House of Assen . Their relatives were also called Terterowzi (Bulgarian Тертеровци), or Terteriden . Some historians such as Konstantin Jireček suspect a Cuman origin of the family.
