Hausen ( ) is a district of Seelscheid in the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district .

The formerly independent town of Hausen is located in the southeast of Seelscheid on the slopes of the Wahnbach valley . Former neighboring towns were Linden in the north and Oberste Zeit in the west. Hausermühle is to the southeast .
history
In 1830 Hausen had 48 inhabitants. In 1845 the hamlet had 23 Catholic and 21 Protestant residents (44) in ten houses. In 1888 there were 57 residents in 12 houses.
The settlement belonged to the Seelscheid community until 1969.
