Hausen ( ) is a district of the Steinfeld community in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart in Bavaria .

The place is 275 m above sea level. NHN between Lohr am Main and Karlstadt on State Road 2437 .

Hausen was an independent municipality in the Lohr am Main district until it was dissolved. Hausen has been part of the Main-Spessart district since July 1, 1972 and is a district of Steinfeld . The village had (as of 2018) 542 residents with main residence.
