The Hays Glacier is a glacier on the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It flows north into the head end of Spooner Bay .

Aerial photos taken by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions (ANARE) in 1956 were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after James R. Hays, an American observer in the 1961 ANARE campaign that landed near the mouth of the glacier.
