He Is My Master ( Japanese こ れ が 私 の 御 主人 様 , Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama , Eng. " That one is my master") is a manga series written by Mattsū and drawn by Asu Tsubaki . It appears in the magazine Monthly Shōnen Gangan and can therefore be assigned to the Shōnen genre.

The focus of the etchi - and glass-heavy plot is the 17-year-old, lustful Yoshitaka Nakabayashi , who, due to the death of his parents, lives alone on a large property and employs the 17-year -old Izumi Sawatari and her 16-year-old sister Mitsuki Sawatari as housemaids. In the Japanese original version, the main characters were 14 and 13 years old instead of 17 and 16 years old.

Yoshitaka Nakabayashi's parents were recently killed in a car accident, leaving him a fortune and the large estate. Over time, he dismisses all of the service personnel and henceforth lives alone. When he decides to hire a housemaid again, he initially expects older applicants than Izumi Sawatari, who is of the same age, and her younger sister Mitsuki Sawatari. The animation studios Gainax and Shaft created an anime adaptation based on the manga, which consists of twelve episodes and was shown on Japanese television in the summer of 2005. Shōji Saeki directed it.

The series was published in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland by Anime Virtual (now Kazé) on 4 DVDs. On March 30, 2009 a new publication as a complete edition took place.

From September 1, 2007, the series was broadcast on Animax .

With the exception of episode 9, there are always 5 running gags at the end: in the first one sees Pochi swimming in the water ditch, in the second one sees an exhausted Izumi, in the third Mitsuki the one on her photo album with slippery pictures taken by the security cameras from Izumi works, in the 4th like Yoshitaka works on new uniform designs and laughs hysterically and in the 5th Izumi's remaining debts and how much she earned that day are displayed.
