Hedwig von Ostermann
Hedwig von Ostermann (born August 21, 1876 in Vienna , † after 1911 ) was an Austrian theater actress .
Life
She began her acting career in Regensburg in 1894, then came to Düsseldorf (1895), Cologne (1896), Residenztheater in Hanover (1897), from where she was committed to Hamburg after a year of work. There she was first a member of the Carl-Schulze-Theater, then worked for two years at the city theater and embarked for America in 1902 to follow an application to the Irving-Place-Theater. Ostermann also took part in the Bock guest performance ensemble (Russia) in 1899 and 1902.
Until 1911 she was verifiably in New York and at that time she had an 8 year old daughter.
Her further life is unknown.
