Heide Mattischeck

Heide Mattischeck born Trenkelbach (born May 26, 1939 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Bundestag.

Life

After graduating from high school, Mattischeck trained as an industrial clerk and then worked in this profession until 1966. In 1969 she joined the SPD. From 1972 to 1985 she was managing director of the SPD district association Erlangen-Stadt, then until 1990 managing director of the SPD sub-district Erlangen. From 1972 to 1991 she was also city ​​councilor in Erlangen , from 1988 to 1990 as parliamentary group leader. In 1990 she was elected to the Bundestag, to which she belonged for three legislative terms until 2002. There she was particularly active in the field of transport policy.

Heide Mattischeck also had a number of functions in the SPD, such as deputy chairwoman of the Erlangen sub-district (until 2007), treasurer of the Bavarian State Association (1991 to 2007) and member of the control commission of the Federal SPD (since 1999).
