Heidi Kruger
Heidi Krüger (* 1933 ) is a former German beauty queen from the 1950s.
Life
Heidi Krüger was elected " Miss Germany 1953/54" on December 12, 1953 in a competition of the daily newspaper Hamburger Morgenpost in the Ernst-Merck-Halle in Hamburg - competition to Christel Schaack , who won the title from another organizer in Baden-Baden had received.
In the same year she took part in the Miss World election in London .
Before the Miss Europe elections in 1954 in Vichy , for which Christel Schaack was qualified, a second Miss Germany suddenly reported to the jury: 21-year-old Heidi Krüger, who had come with her mother without an invitation. She also wanted to represent Germany in this competition! She was presented to the public, but the organizing committee did not allow her to vote.
