Heidi from Plato

Heidi von Plato (* 1954 in Altenburg / Thuringia ) is a German writer .

Life

Heidi von Plato grew up in West Berlin . She studied psychology and German at the Free University of Berlin . She then worked as a research assistant for art psychology at the Berlin University of the Arts and as a dramaturge at various theaters. Since 1990 she has lived as a freelance writer in Berlin .

Heidi von Plato is the author of narrative works , plays and radio plays .

Heidi von Plato is a member of the Berlin New Society for Literature . In 1993 she received a scholarship from the Künstlerhaus Schloss Wiepersdorf , in 1994 a working scholarship from the Berlin Senate and in 1996 the dramatist's award from the Hamburger Volksbühne .
