Gejiu
The city of Gejiu ( Chinese 个旧 市 , Pinyin Gèjiù Shì ) is an independent city in the Honghe Autonomous District of the Hani and Yi in the south of the Chinese province of Yunnan . It has an area of 1,587 and 1,597 square kilometers and has a population of 390,000 (2004). The administrative seat is the street district Chengqu ("urban area" 城区 街道).
The Jijie Station ( Jijie Huochezhan鸡街火车站), a station of the Jijie -Gejiu line, stands since 2006 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-1057) .
Administrative structure
At the community level, the independent city consists of a street district, seven large communities and two communities. These are:

- Greater community Jijie鸡街镇
- Datun municipality 大 屯镇
- Greater community Laochang老厂镇
- Kafang Municipality 卡 房 镇
