Mengzi (Honghe)

The urban district Mengzi (蒙自 市 Méngzì Shì) belongs to the administrative area of the Honghe Autonomous District of Hani and Yi in the south of the Chinese province of Yunnan . The city has an area of ​​2,228 km² and around 320,000 inhabitants (2004). Your seat of government is in Wenlan (文澜 镇).

The Mengzi Old Customs House (Mengzi haiguan jiuzhi 蒙自 海关 旧址) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-1056) since 2006 .
