Jianshui County (建水县; Pinyin : Jiànshuǐ Xiàn) is a city and the eponymous district of the Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous District in the Chinese province of Yunnan . In 1999 it had 485,260 inhabitants.

The site of Nalou zhangguansi shu (纳 楼 长 官司 署), the Confucian Temple of Jianshui (Jianshui wenmiao 建 水 文庙), the main hall of the Zhilin Temple (Zhilin si dadian 指 林寺 大殿), Changyanglou (Chaoyang lou 朝阳 楼) and the Shuanglong Bridge (Shuanglong qiao 双龙 桥) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
