Heike Jochum (born June 1, 1968 in Rodalben ) is a German legal scholar and tax expert.

Life

Heike Jochum grew up in Pirmasens , where she still lives today.

Jochum was established in 2000 with a thesis on the constitutionality of the license reason for refusal § 6 para. 3 sentence 1 no. 3 of the Postal Act doctorate . In 2004 , she completed her habilitation at Saarland University with an investigation into the relationship between administrative procedural law and administrative procedural law.

From 2006 to September 30, 2018 she was Managing Director of the Osnabrück Institute for Finance and Tax Law in the Legal Department. She is the author of numerous publications.

Association and committee activities

In 2006 Jochum was appointed to the board of the Osnabrück Tax Forum at the University of Osnabrück. She is a member of the Study Group European Universities Cooperation on Taxes (EUCOTAX), the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). She is admitted as a lawyer and tax advisor and is a member of the supervisory board of various German companies.

Rainer Jochum Children's and Youth Welfare Foundation

On January 1, 2011, Jochum and her sister established the Rainer Jochum Children's and Youth Welfare Foundation , based in their home town of Pirmasens . The purpose of the foundation is the promotion, expansion and further development of child and youth welfare in Pirmasens.
