The Heinestraße 10 building is a listed residential building in Ballenstedt in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the southern outskirts of Ballenstedt on the north side of Heinestrasse at the confluence with Kronberger Strasse. The Selketalstieg runs in front of the house .

Architecture and history

The house was built at the end of the 19th century with a building cubature in the style of late classicism . The building is a striking central buttress shaped and has a jamb . The facade of the house, reminiscent of a villa , is characterized by different colored bricks. The gables of the house have round blind niches with terracotta reliefs .

There is an old tree population in the garden of the property.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 50146 .
