Heinrich Alfter

Heinrich Alfter (born December 19, 1894 in Eitorf ; † September 12, 1951 ) was a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life

After primary school, Alfter attended an administration academy where he attended a business seminar. In 1913 he lived in Belgium for a study visit and after completing his studies worked as an accounting manager at a worsted spinning mill. After the Second World War he became chairman of the CDU local party in Eitorf in 1945. From 1946 he was a member of the district council of the appointed district council of the Siegkreis and from 1946 to 1948 he was a district delegate of the elected district council. He was also honorary chairman of the supervisory board of Raiffeisen-Bank eGmbH, Eitorf. In the election for the first state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, Alfter was elected to parliament, to which he belonged from April 20, 1947 to June 17, 1950. He was elected by a direct mandate in constituency 023 Siegkreis-Nord.
