Heinrich Bornhövd

Heinrich Bornhövd (born October 10, 1879 in Neustadt in Holstein , † December 28, 1960 in Hamburg ) was a German politician (DVP).

Bornhövd attended elementary school in Neustadt in Holstein. He then completed an apprenticeship as a clerk. He then lived as a factory owner in Hamburg, where he also served as chairman of the Chamber of Retailers, representing the interests of the retail trade. After the First World War, Bornhövd became a member of the German People's Party (DVP).

In April 1932 Bornhövd moved into the Reichstag as a replacement for Walther Dauch , who had left the parliament in March . In the following three months up to the Reichstag election in July 1932, Bornhövd represented constituency 34 (Hamburg) in parliament. After the election, in which Bornhövd could not defend his mandate, he left parliament.
