Heinrich Carl Christian Pego

Heinrich Carl Christian Pego (born January 13, 1828 in Celle ; † December 10, 1893 in Osterode am Harz ) was a German merchant.

Life

On January 2, 1852, Pego founded the company H. Pego & Co. The company was based in Hamburg at 35 Alter Wandrahm . In 1888 he left the company. Pego ran gypsum mills and a beer brewery in Osterode am Harz.

In Hamburg, Pego was a tax resident from 1861 to 1864 and a member of the death shop deputation from 1865 to 1866. From 1859 to 1867 he belonged to the Hamburg parliament .
